Outside the doors of the classroom, group or practice, there are countless subjects that children have a greater or lesser eye for. How do you bring the outside in? That’s what this series is about . In this series I’m going to search with my hand puppet JaNee for topics that make us wonder.
In this first video we get started with seeds. We want to grow lettuce and include children in that process. A puppet is a great tool for this because the puppet is seen by children as a friend and everything that that friend comes up with is quickly found interesting (especially if you also bring it with joy and fun). I hope to give children my love for nature and everything that grows and lives there, I marvel quickly and often and make this series to show you how you can give that wonder a place in your puppet.
